Description

Seller's Comments and Description:

HOW TO GET A RESORT FOR FREE
If you are like many other people who come to our site, you want to know “What is the catch?” “How can we do this?” or “Are they really free?” Here are our most frequently asked questions.

Q: What is that catch?

A: The catch is that you will own the timeshare. You will be responsible for the next maintenance fees and the annual fees going forward. If you already know a little about timeshare, or do a little research, you will find that timeshare is a much better value than hotel stays. And more comfortable, too!

Q: How can we do this?

A: Great question. Generally speaking, timeshare units can run from as low as a few thousand dollars to over a hundred thousand dollars in a retail setting. We work directly with transfer companies and travel clubs who have taken timeshare units on trade and utilize our services to liquidate the inventory. As the costs of the transfer are generally built into the cost of the new product, Timeshares4free.com can offer the units to you at no cost.

Q: Are they really free?

A: Yes. Your cost for the unit is free. The cost of title and deeding is free. The resort transfer fee (charged by the resort) is also paid for. You pay only for the maintenance and annual fees going forward. These costs are fully disclosed on the transfer agreement you will sign with us.

Q: Is this legal?

A: We work directly with a licensed real estate company and broker. All transactions are reviewed by our broker to ensure compliance and accuracy. All deeding and title work is done through Sterling Title Partners of Boca Raton, FL. Both our broker Innovation Realty and Sterling Title Partners have “A” ratings with the Better Business Bureau. Furthermore, Sterling Title Partners is the title company for one of the largest timeshare developers in the United States.

Q: What happens if I do not want it after a few years?

A: As noted above, we work directly with transfer companies. If you would like to be released from your ownership, or maybe just trade in for a new unit at a different location, we offer you that option for a small fee. This is something you generally do not find when buying timeshare in the retail market.

Q: How long does it take?

A: Generally speaking, the transfer of title and recognition of the new owner by the resort can take between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on the time of the year.

Q: When do I have to pay my first maintenance fee?

A: In most cases, if you acquire a unit from Timeshare4free.com between January 2nd and July 1st, you will be responsible for the following year maintenance fee. If you acquire the unit after July 1st, you would not be liable until the 2nd January after you have acquired the unit.
